I've received a pea coat in a size medium, am i able to get this tailored to a size XS or S?
I've got a pea coat in a size medium for an early xmas present it doesn't quite fit. So i think it would be better fitted for me if it was a size XS or S. So i was wondering if tailors are able to change the size of the pea coat?
Ummm...how much did you pay for your coat? Pea coats are generally not cheap. If the inside is lined its gonna cost extra to have it tailored. I doubt that it would be the cost of a new coat. Be sure you take it to someone who KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! There's nothing worse than a bad alteration job. Take the coat personally to several different tailors & get an estimate.
