how often should i exfoliate?
i have soap and glory flake away exfoliator, and it does wonders for my Dry Skin on my face. I have only used it once and it worked straight away, making my face feel a lot softer. I don't know how often i should use it as i read that if you exfoliate too often it can damage your skin.
You should only exfoliate once a week, if the scrub is harsh. because if you use the exfoliator too often when its not needed it can cut open your skin & cause blemishes. But if you have excessive dry skin you can buy a dermalogica daily microfoliant witch is able to be used daily, as the beeds (pumices stone) isn't harsh, to use this product use can either use it as we the professionals do buy buying a fan brush add a little bit of water to the mixture and foam it up, but other wise you can just apply water to the mixture in your hands and foam up that way, apply and rinse of throughout with warm water.
But otherwise help your dry skin you could also purchase a cleanser, toner and moisturizer for a dry skin and use this twice a day 7 times a week. good luck huni
