How to Stay at Home With Ebay's Help
If you are a stay at home mother looking for a way to make money while raising your children, eBay has just the answer. With eBay, you can start your own home business in a matter of minutes, and start making money in no time. Many stay at home moms are finding that they can bring home just as much money, if not more, from selling items on eBay than they would working a traditional job outside of the home. Plus, with the small amount of time in effort involved, you have plenty of time left to spend with your children.
The problem for many eBay business owners who are just starting out, however, is what exactly to sell. While the prospect of running your own home business with eBay may sound exciting, you'll be stopped dead in your tracks if you don't have anything you can actually list. Most people turn to brand new items to sell on eBay at a discounted price, but this can be costly - and even impossible - for those who are just starting out and have little money to invest in the endeavor.
Instead, you can turn to other sources for items to sell on eBay. Starting with what you have right in your very own home, you can start selling the unwanted toys and clothes that you've been meaning to get rid of. They're just sitting around, anyway, so it doesn't matter if you make $1 or $100 from selling them. You'll be able to both clear out the unwanted clutter, and make some money to get your business going at the same time.
When you have a little bit of cash saved up from selling items from around the house, then you can look at some alternative places for products to sell. If you are doing well selling used items from your home, then you may want to start checking out yard sales and other second-hand item retailers in your area. Most items can be picked up at a very cheap price, and in good condition. You can take it One Step further and clean the items up, and restore them to looking almost as though they were new. With a little bit of elbow grease, a used toy may be able to fetch twice as much on eBay when you list it.
You can also visit clearance sales at popular department stores to pick up cheap clothing to sell. This clothing is obviously new, which will earn higher bids on eBay. You can find some really good deals on the clearance racks, and if you luck out and find some designer brands, you can make a killing reselling them on eBay. Just make sure to remove the clearance sticker from the original price tag! If buyers see that you paid significantly less for the item than they did, they are likely to get upset for paying an inflated price.
Other places to find discounted items for selling on eBay include consignment shops, discount stores, warehouses, and farmer's markets. These places often have used items in good condition that you can fix up for a profit, or even new items, it you're lucky. The more places to discover to find items for selling on eBay, the more your business will flourish.

What is the nearest place to stay near Union Square Manhattan?
I am planning to have my internship in Union Square, Manhattan, NYC. Any suggestions on where I can stay in NY? I mean not so expensive place like dorm or near Union Square. Any suggestion? What's the convenient and nice place to live in NY? Based on my personality, I like to attend piano concerts, culture and and arts. Where can I stay in NY? I saw in the internet that there's a bunk bed dorm in Greene Ave., Brooklyn that has a rate of $450. Is that reasonable rate? Is that near Union Square? Is it a nice place? What is the distance from Greene Ave., Brooklyn going to Union Square? How do I get to Union Square from Greene Ave. Brooklyn? Is it by bus? Subway? How many rides? How much will I spend for the transportation?
I'm near there but everything around there is pretty expensive. Why don't you try craigslist.com? go to the NYC page and then click on the sublets they have there. You can find better prices there.
