I have recently purchased Palmer's skin fade milk, which is also a skin brightener. I was hoping to lighten my skin tone because I've picked up a slight tan over summer which I now wish to get rid of. How do skin brighteners work? Thanks. PS I am a 22 yo Caucasian female.
