i bought some glitter eyeliner. do i wear it alone or with Eye Shadow?
do i wear black eyeliner with it? it's like a pinkish purpleish color.

You can wear it however you want. If it's pinkish purple, I think it would look awesome with pinks, purples, grays, blacks, and whites on your lid.
Also, if you want to go for maximum intensity and make it look really bright and insane, you can use it ON TOP of black or other colored normal eyeliner and it completely pops. I love wearing pink glitter eyeliner over normal black eyeliner. It's one of those little tricks that makes something look ten times cooler and more complicated than it actually is.
Also, with glitter liner, you can put it on top of eyeshadow, over your whole lid, to make your eyeshadow metallic and glittery. It also helps seal your eyeshadow. Just be sure to keep your eye closed until it dries completely.
