Massage should be in straight and circular motions with fast to medium pats. Mixture added in water will also yield good results. Ylang Ylang is also very good moisturizing oil.

Injection is also another method of aromatherapy. It injects the oils directly into the body to stimulate the mucous membranes.

looking to spend less then 100,need something for like 600sq feet and up not sure of exact measurements its for a bedroom,im looking for either cool mist or ultra sonic both should have filter to filter out minerals and bacteria,want something thats easy to clean and replace water,need one with humidistat with digital display,would like to have to fill it up little as possible i dunno if thats possible but i think ive seen ones where you have to do it every 24 hours that would be fine and would like to it have notification lights for refilling or anything else that is available that way
