You body thinks it is starving when it is deprived, and the body then starts to feed off your muscles. And it is lean muscle mass that increases metabolism that actually burns fat naturally.
Exercise & Diet - The obvious solution for a long term weight loss and the secret for how to get perfect abs, is exercise combined with dieting. If, for example, you burn 250 calories a day exercising and you eat 250 less calories a day, you can lose a pound a week without spending hours at the gym and depriving your body of a piece of pizza every now and then. You don't have to become a bodybuilder to make this work. You don't have to starve yourself or deprive yourself of your favorite foods either. Simply spend about 30 - 45 minutes exercising 4 or 5 times a week, and eat your favorite not-so-good foods in moderation and you will start to see your midsection shrink.

what is the perfect diet to loose weight easier?
i have tried lots of stuff to get rid of these fats... since i got here in canada i continue to gain wt. from 110 lbs-130 lbs. and that's a lot. i believe that i'm just eating enough and just the same amount as when ia m still in the Philippines. i even have an exercising routine which i think can makes me fit. i really don't know what is this all about and i am not sure what the hell is going on with my metabolism.
