Has anyone here tried the L'Oreal HiP Color Truth Eyeliner?
I'm looking for a new eyeliner, and from the reviews and details on this one, it sounds great. Doesn't smudge, stays on all day, looks great. But have any of you tried it and what did you think?
H.I.P. is a good brand. I use it, because I don't want to waste all that money on MAC. I love the eyeliner, it does work well. I'm not sure about smudging, but it's never happened to me. I'm usually very careful not to touch my eyes when I have makeup on, though. The color shows up great. I use the green and the blue one.
