How to CORRECTLY apply L'Oreal Hip Cream Eyeliners?
I just bought L'Oreal HIP Cream Eyeliners, and i haven't a clue as to how to put it on. . . or where the best place is to put it on. . . Can anyone who has it help me out here? i really don't feel like going out and buying a different kind when friends have told me that it works super good and is the best. . . 12 bucks I need to know how to use it! (;

You need an eyeliner brush. Touch the brush into the eyeliner, then carefully press the brush close to your lashes, starting a little bit from the inside of your eye; do the inside corner last. You have to have a steady hand, because it's easy to mess up. It takes practice to get it down, but once you learn how, you will like the look. I never could do it right, so I went back to liquid!!
