how do you make mixing medium at home ?
I have heard that mixing medium is good for loose eyeshadows......
I have also seen some videos on youtube saying that you can mix 1 teaspoon of glycerin and 3 teaspoons of purified water ...but I am not sure that what do they mean by purified water ?
can I use the normal tap water ? or should I use the bottled mineral water ?
