Skincare Tips and Basic Make-up Tips
At night-time, the skin requires 2 cleansings to thoroughly cleanse the skin. After removing make-up with a cream cleanser (that is applied lightly over the entire face and neck area with a cotton ball), skin toner that is lightly sprinkled on a cotton ball should be applied All Over the face (accept the delicate eye area).
The appropriate cleansers and toners should always be used, according to your skin-type, (e.g. products suitable for Dry Skin which contains no additives and detergents, or products that are suitable for Oily Skin which contains ingredients to remove excess oils). After thoroughly cleansing a moisturizer should be applied (a deep penetrating moisturizer is appropriate to nourish and regenerate dry and combination skins).
Before beginning your daily make-up routine, it's vital to use clean make-up brushes that are made of good quality, natural bristles. The Essential Brushes that are necessary for you to use in order to help createa clean, clear and fresh appearance are:
1 large brush for powder
1 medium soft brush for blusher
1 soft eyeshadow brush
1 firm angled eyebrow brush
1 lip brush and disposable mascara brushes
In order to maintain a fresh, clean and healthy complexion, it's important to always use clean make-up brushes. Remember these are vital tools, so maintain them by regularly washing them with anti-bacterial liquid hand soap, and leave them on a paper towel to dry. Make sure not to leave the holder soaking in water, (to help preserve the life of the bristles).
Foundation Application Tips
Foundation is used as a base to even out the skin-tone and create a smooth texture to apply make-up. Test different products on the jaw-line only. The closer the colour is to the Natural Skin-tone the better it looks, so compare the colour in natural daylight very carefully to ensure that the correct foundation is chosen.
Compact Foundations
Compact Foundations are thicker than other types of foundations; they also provide excellent coverage. However care must be given not to apply too much. They are great to use for oily and combination skin types, but they're not recommended for dry skin types.
Liquid Foundations
Liquid Foundations are the most popular foundations, and are made to provide a variety of application thickness and coverage. All skin types can use it, but the ingredients should be appropriate to the skin type, (e.g. water-based foundations for oily skin, and oil based for dry skin, etc.)
Cream Foundations
Cream Foundations are thicker than liquid and are suitable for dry skin. They have a built-in moisturizer and provide heavy coverage.
Tinted Foundations
Tinted Foundationsare the lightest type available. They give a natural glow to the skin. These types of foundations are great for people who don't want to wear (or have the appearance of wearing) a lot of foundation, and have naturally good skin. They're suitable for all skin types but the ingredients should be suitable to the skin type, (e.g. Oil Free for oily skin).

How do I turn eyeshadow into liquid eyeliner using the liquid transformer thing ? PLEASE HELP !?
I got a Too Faced eyeshadow pallette and it came with the liquid transformer to make it become liquid eyeliners. The pallette says do not put the liquid directly into a pot of eyeshadow so i rubbed eyeshadow on my hand then tried to use the liquid thing but it did not go on strongly colored. How do I use so I get a real pigmented color the way the eyeshadows go on !!!
no idea what the liquid transformer is or does, but normally if I want to use an Eye Shadow as a liner, I take an ultra fine eye liner brush, get it damp with water, dab it with the eyeshadow and then put it on my eye line like I would my normal gel liner. It is a much softer look than gel, pencil or liquid.
