How To Make Your Skin Look Younger.Fast Tips
I want to tell you a quick story.
A good friend of mine just recently celebrated a major birthday and after all the speeches we all mingled on the balcony of her seaside home. One of her overseas friends which I had only met on the day was surprised that we went to school together ,she told me later on that night that she thought I was much younger than my friend .
To tell you the truth and I'm not blowing my trumpet here but I think I do as well. And I will tell you why .You see my friend is a real sunlover and still is , and I know that some sun is good for you but,too much is so bad for your skin and I remember when she was younger, she would lie on the beach for hours in the sun and what is worse would baste herself with that smelly coconut oil .
She use to always brag about how brown and healthy she looked .She also had some terrible habits like smoking cigarettes and quite heavily .The toll now of all that sun and smoking is she has aged , her skin is now aged looking .Now to me, and I have never smoked and basically look after my skin by eating well and being sun smart and by using natural Skin Care products .This is the secret on how to make your skin look younger and smooth looking.
Below are some of my great 'How to make skin look younger" tips . I have installed these good habits into my two teenage daughters and will now will share them with you.I'm sure you know them ,but its nice to revisit them.
1.Don't smoke ..fullstop .
2.Eat lots of fresh green leafy vegetables and broccoli also fresh squeeze juices and fresh fruit.avoid fatty cakes and pastry and when you eat take-out, at least eat something healthy .
3. Drink fresh purified water and keep a reusable bottle handy to keep your self hydrated.
4. Wear a large hat when out in the full sun.Large hats are so fashionable and cool to wear I have a super large straw hat with a floral bandanna flowing from it ,it even keeps the sun off my shoulders.
5.Wash your skin with a mild soap or choose a cleanser that are soap free ,non comedogenic .Strong soaps dry out your skin.
6.Use natural skincare products .In quality products I look for such ingredients as Manuka honey, and oils like avocado and macadamia. When I applied these I leave these on for a while , so the ingredients can penetrate deeply into the layers of your skin and produce this great powerful hydrating effect.
How to make your skin look younger is quite easy and its quite possible to still look young even when your in your golden years I plan to and so should you .

How can I make my hair healthy and shiny after straightening?
