What eye gel/cream do you use to prep your eyes before applying your primer & eyeshadow?
Can you recommend good ones which provide good hydration and moisturise the eye area sufficiently?
I must say that the first thing to do is to wash your face. Some people have oily eyelids and when they put on eyeshadow it makes a disgusting mess. Once your eyelids are dry, put on a Powder Base that is a white with a hint of yellow. It brings out the contrast in your eyeshadow. It has to be powder base though. powder base makeup drys out oily areas. It helps when you have a zit to, it drys it out. then put your eyeshadow on top of your base. The base brings out the best of your eyeshadows color.
