When using a foundation primer, do you apply moisturizer first?

I've always used moisturizer on my face before applying my makeup....have been hearing alot about foundation primer lately but have never used it. Does it really make a big difference in how your foundation goes on? What is the best primer that you've found? Thanks!

I always use a moisturizer on my face after I get out of the shower. Parts of my face tend to be oily, like my nose, and others tend to be dry, like my forehead. Before I put on my foundation, I use a primer from Mac Cosmetics. It works great, but it's a little pricey. Urban Decay also has a brand new face primer that brightens. There's also one that perfects the pores. I can't wait to try them. Every product I have from Urban Decay is excellent. Any primer makes a load of difference in your foundation. It evens out the skin and makes the foundation look absolutely flawless.
