Indention Force Deflection Rating (IFD)
Indention Force Deflecting rating or IFD is used to know the firmness of the mattress that in turn determines the comfort. The force required to make 1 inch deep dent in the mattress foam of 15" x 15" x 4" with the help of 8 inch diameter disc is called IFD.

Density defines the weight of the mattress. More the density more will be the weight. The density also tells us the how quickly the memory foam mattress will regain its original shape. If you sleep on your back then prefer the high density mattress. On the other hand if you lay on your stomach then go for the low density foam mattress.

What is the Temperature Sensitivity of Memory Foam?
Memory foam mattresses are sensitive to your body heat. More the body heat more is the melting of the mattress. Your memory foam mattress melt away with your body pressure when you sleep on it. Until your body weight is spread properly it will keep on melting. Once your body has settle down on the mattress the memory foam will start softening from the places where there is more weight and temperature. This is the best part of the memory foam mattress which makes it different from the other mattresses. Do check this quality in the memory foam mattress that you are going to buy.

What is a good Liquid Foundation for a man?
I'm a man that has horrible skin, and even worse scarring from acne. I MUST use some foundation but I have no knowledge in this area. What is a good foundation that wouldn't be so noticeable on a man? How do I pick out a foundation?
I am limited to walgreens or walmart.....
okayy..
so. I really suggest you use Mineral Foundation, so it won't clog your pores and look too unatural. You can buy the liquid and the healthy veil together or just buy the Powder Foundation which comes with a Kabuki Brush applicator. Yeah..it's mineral foundation maybeline. So that's what i reccomend makeup wise.
there are products that get rid of acne scarring, pick something with exfoliating beads..just not st. ives, (apricot scrub, why? well the little pieces inside the scrub are actually made of apricot seed, so they'ree not rounded and will rip open your pores)
Then, there are some masks..these are available at walmart or your local drugstore. which also remove acne scarring.
do you still have acne?
you should have a routine you use to wash your face.
there should be a cleanser (beads infused) i like noxema.
a toner, which makes sure your skin is the same color All Over
and a moisturizer..if you have Oily Skin then get a "gel" moisturizer.
i seriosuly reccomend "boots" rebalancing moisturizer.
that's all
best of luck
