I have a question about Too Faced eyeshadow insurance...or eyeshadow primers in general!?
Should I apply primer after my concealer and then my eyeshadows? or apply primer before my concealer?
I apply concealer under my eyes and my lids (my lids tend to have a noticeable darkness to them) anyways after i apply all my face makeup (Face Primer, foundation, concealer and then a setting powder) I apply my primer. However the consistency does get a little weird...like some of the makeup flakes off
actually if youre intending on using a primer you shouldnt put concealer on yur eyelids. otherwise its just pointless. The point of the primer is to even out skin tone and cover veins on eyelids and also to make the eyeshadow more vibrant and stay longer. I personally love the UDPP too faced didnt work well well for me
