Does wet eyeshadow work as eyeliner?
If I apply it with a thin angled brush that is slightly damp, would it look ok instead of eyeliner?
yes it accualyy does work. but mostly for the top line. accually i use Bare Minerals eyeshadow and its great for doing that!!

seriously it works great with some primer. heres a link for like the bestttttttttttt primer ever. its by Urban Decay. just rub it in on your eyelid befor application of makeup and it makes your makeup last perfectly All Day!
