How to Apply Semi-permanent Eyeshadow
My customer, Barb is purchasing ShadowSense for the 1st time. ShadowSense is very unique multi-purpose product. It is much like LipSense because it is water proof, smear proof and crease proof and will keep you looking your glamorous best. It is a cream with incredible blending capability although it takes very little to achieve a deep depth of color. Once you get use to the application technique of applying Shadow Sense…You will never go back to powder shadows. Powder Shadows are messy and do not allow you the blending capability that a Cream Shadow offers.
Make sure you start off with a clean dry lid unless you are using one of our shadows (candlelight or malt are perfect for this purpose) or Make Sense Foundations to create a more even base. I prefer to place a very small amount of shadow on my hand to start. Use a brush or sponge applicator to pick up a very small amount. DO NOT USE THE WAND ITSELF TO APPLY TO YOUR EYE! Apply on your lid in a sweeping motion and blend to the color you want to achieve. Ebony Essence is a GREAT eyeliner. I apply it with a eyeliner brush although many of my customers use our Lip liner applicators to achieve a perfect lined eye.

What colors or outfit should I wear that goes well with blue eyeshadow?
Smokey brown/dark blue eyes, by the way, nothing unnatural. Although I would also like to know what colors/outfits would go with a brighter blue, purple and green? I usually wear natural browns and they go with everything.
I asked this question before but I didn't quite get answers that I was looking for so I'm trying again.
If it helps, I have long dark brown hair, brown eyes with a tiny bit of green, and pale skin.

Blue eyeshadow looks nice with Brown, tan, grey, and black.
Get hold of a color wheel (I have a link to one; it's not the best i've seen but it works) When using the color wheel, you usually find a color and look at the color opposite it in the same hue family and that's it's complement. Use some caution, though. Red usually goes with green and vice-versa, but you may not necessarily want to look like Christmas walking around. Green looks good with brown, just watch the hues so you don't look like a plant. I think a copper hue is a nice alternative to the red or brown. I like green with gray; it doesn't look like Christmas or a plant.
Also, Dark blue and bright yellow may attract attention. I prefer using a toned down yellow or gold with dark blue.
I'm not a fan of purple and orange, either. I'm sure there's some brownish orange or copper orange that might work but I'm personally not a fan. I like dark purple with black, and lavender with white, cream, or gray. Some combos of purple and blue look nice. When all else fails, there's the old gray or brown fallback.
