making my makeup last at work?
I work in a coffee shop, so i'm constantly surround my heat from the espresso bar and running around serving coffee.
Well today I did my makeup really good for work, I wore MAC satelite dreams in the crease and MAC Yogurt All Over the eyelid. Before doing that I applied MAC prep + prime, it did not even last for 4 hours. I got home and noticed that all the purple was faded, and it looked like I didn't have any eyeshadow on my eyelids.
Is it possible that I have oily eyelids? No matter what I do my eyeshadows will not stay on, and I really want it to, since I like wearing makeup to work 
What are ways to make it last for hours and hours?
A primer like Urban Decay primer potion or Too Faced shadow insurance will prevent creasing and fading and to make the color bolder a colored or white base will make it pop. you can used eyeliner for a base. Mac prep+prime doesnt really work as an eyeshadow primer and primers like the one mentioned above really work on oily lids and hold All Day. A cheaper alternitive is the L'oreal De-Crease primer works very well also! hope this helps good luck! advice... Do not apply hairspray EVER to your face.
