How to Apply Smokey Eye Make Up

With a black eye pencil, draw a line along the upper lashes. Start thin at the inner corner of the eye gradually getting thicker as you work your way out.
As close to the lower lash line as possible, draw a thin line. You can stop either one third of the way in or take it all of the way in to the inner corner. It all depends on how dramatic of a look you want. Play around with both and see what looks best on you.
Select Your Color. Violets and blues are good for brown eyes and grays, browns or blues are good for blue eyes. You'll need three colors of the same shade, a highlight that is a shimmer and flesh toned, a mid-tone that is a matte and a shade darker than your skin tone and a contour color in a matte or shimmer that is the darkest color you'll use.
Apply the highlight, or the lightest color, directly on your brow bone down to the crease of your eye. Dab a bit of the highlight color in the duct of each eye.
Put the mid-tone on your eyelid. Start at your eyelashes and work your way up to the crease of your eye, blending with the highlight color.
With black liquid eye liner, draw a line on top of the black eye pencil. This gives it staying power.
Coat top and bottom lashes with two coats of black mascara.
The Smokey Eye Effect

how can i get smoky eye make up done only with an eye pencil?
ok i no it must ahve sounded really weird but i only have an eye pencil and i want to get eye make up done like victoria beckham always does!!!!how can i get it done???

Well your mum is probably right. At least don't go as dark as VB if your mum thinks you're too young.
But none-the-less. Try drawing a line on the outer corner lid like a c or < shape. Then smudge out with a wet cotton-bud inwards to get a greyish look across the lid (up to the inner edge of th pupil). Try and keep the inner eye clear. Then keep reworking the c shape and smudging out till the outer edge becomes darkest and lightens till it gets to the lightest first smudge.
I hope that helps, I've never tried it before.
