What is a good dark under eye circle concealer?
I was thinking that the Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda was the perfect concealer for me, but then I found out it was discontinued!! What is a good concealer that is creamy, doesn't flake, and hides dark under eye circles amazingly?
i use Bobbi Brown and find them to be the best after trying numerous brands, i'd say prescriptives are second best
