Should i take continuous wear contacts out to shower?
If so what do i do with them while im showering. just put in standard cleaning solution?
It is okay to shower with your lenses on. You do what you do normally, and close your eyes to avoid water,soap or shampoo getting in your eyes.
Remember, even though these are extended wear lenses, it's best to give your eyes a break sometimes. So, removing the lenses and leaving them off overnight would be the healthier thing to do.
