5 Steps to a Sexy Smokey Eye Look
Give your eyes some drama with the smokey eye look. A Smokey eye look continues to be the "it" trend throughout the seasons and you too can be more knowledgeable on how to master this look. Go from simple to sultry using these techniques.
The art to a great smokey eye is blending so once you are skillful with this technique you can easily build up your blending skills by adding colors.
Step 1. Preparing the eyelids. To prevent makeup meltdown, prep the eyes with a primer.
Step 2. Apply eyeliner. Start off with an eyeliner that is similar in color of your desired eye look. Ex: If you want to add color use the exact color eyeliner. Make sure that when you're drawing the line on the lids, the middle section is thicker.
Step 3. Blend the color onto the bottom eyelashes. The key is blending and smudging. Use a lighter colour eyeliner for the bottom lashes or grab a lighter Eyeshadow Color.
Step 4. To get the ultimate smokey eye effect, this step is very important. Apply a lighter color! By blending a lighter color with a darker colour, your eyes will receive the desired look. Dust a light base on the lids up to the brow bone. Use a base with shimmer. Next, blend in with the darker colour and keep it below the crease. Starting at the lash line, smooth on the eyelids with a dark eyeshadow and work your way up. Let's not forget to blend the eyeshadow at the lash line so the eyeliner is not seen. Use a Q-tip if needed for extra blending.
Step 5- Use a black mascara to finish off the look mascara and you're done!

definatly a choclate brown. but i wouldnt go with a black because if u have small eyes it might sink them in farther and make u look sick. so, definatly go with brown, itll look really good on ur eyes
